Refund and Shipping Policy

Overview

All purchases are shipped from our Warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat through our reliable shipping partners.
Expected delivery period – 7 to 10 business days
Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
Goods will have to be signed for upon delivery.
Vedic Go Utpad Foundation takes no responsibility if the address provided by the customer is incorrect & for goods signed by an alternative person.
Vedic Go Utpad Foundation takes responsibility for any damages to the goods that occurred during transit. The alternate parcel will be shipped again once the issue is reported and will follow the general process as usual.
Any refund will take 48 hours and the amount shall be deposited back to the original mode of payment.
The claims for shortage or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery only.
Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are well displayed before the payment page.
